A trip in the mountains
Perhaps a trip in the mountains and some fishing tools will fit to your situation. Rent some rooms, plan the trip, find some water with fish in it ;)

Traditional Clothes
If the person you want to make a present to is not from the same country with you, a good idea would be some of your country traditional clothes or some national football/rugby/basketball team t-shirt.
Books
A proper book would always be a good idea for a present. If you want a book for she, a romantic person, than inspirational books is the answer. One of my favourite authors is Michael Alan Paull, a very talented American. Just try and won't regret.
